Virtual Assistant for Customer Support - Remote

Overview

We at blackbird GmbH are expanding our existing team of 6 experienced VAs by adding 1-2 more colleagues to support our customer service with heart and reliability.

In Short

• Handle customer inquiries in the ticket system (Zendesk)
• Identify and document recurring issues
• Communicate with authorities
• Work accurately, reliably, and friendly in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in customer support or virtual assistance
• Registered business is essential; part-time employment or mini-job basis is not intended
• Structured working method and good time management
• Clear, binding communication - both written and oral
• Prior knowledge of Zendesk
• Prior knowledge of Notion is a plus but not required
