This role involves servicing and repairing road machinery while ensuring excellent customer service and seeking revenue opportunities.

• Service and repair Dynapac Machinery and Volvo construction equipment.
• Identify mechanical problems using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment.
• Seek additional service revenue opportunities.
• Work in line with quotations and time guides.
• Ensure software updates are installed as needed.
• Complete electronic reports and timesheets in real-time.
• Order parts and return them in clean condition.
• Work overtime and honor call-out requests.
• Attend relevant training courses.
