Field Service Technician II - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and repairing security screening equipment at customer sites, primarily at the Laredo Border Crossing, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Daily travel required to customer sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain security screening equipment.
• Document all service activities and maintain field service logs.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel at short notice.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs and operate various equipment.
• Must pass a federal background investigation.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Full body mobility required for job tasks.
• Must work safely around industrial equipment.
