Field Service Technician I - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician I position involves daily travel to various locations in and around Anchorage, providing technical support and service for equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Daily travel to service locations in Anchorage.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel at short notice.
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in extreme environments.
• Basic technical knowledge of Trace and X-Ray technologies.
• Self-motivated and reliable individual.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Must pass a federal background investigation.
