The Field Service Technician Level II is expected to have mastered the core responsibilities and expectations of a Level 1 FST including demonstrated field experience, working knowledge of low voltage and control systems, and possesses the advanced skills, training, certifications, and leadership abilities necessary to perform high-quality onsite systems inspections and testing, certifying and servicing a variety of low voltage platforms and system types.
