Field Service Technician I - SAN - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician I position involves daily travel to various locations in and around the San Diego area, providing technical support, installation, and repair services for security and detection equipment.

• Responsible for meeting service repair needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field.
• Documents inspections and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification.
• 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel at short notice.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work in various environments safely.
• Background check may be required for sensitive security information.
