In Short

  • Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met
  • Develop and execute account plan for key customers
  • Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date
  • Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries
  • Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports
  • Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors
  • Comply with business ethical policy and EHS requirements

Requirements

  • A Master degree or bachelor degree with Mechanical or Industrial Engineering backgrounds
  • At least 7-year relevant experience related to sales, service, and engineering
  • Excellent leadership & management skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of flow chart development & streamlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
