Web Designer - Remote

Overview

Smartsheet is seeking a Web Designer to create high-quality, on-brand web pages and visual assets for our marketing team, focusing on visual execution within our established web design system.

In Short

• Create high-converting landing pages and digital assets.
• Design low-fidelity wireframes before building in CMS (Drupal).
• Collaborate with analytic teams for design iterations.
• Manage large and small projects with overlapping priorities.
• Utilize Figma for mockups and web component library.
• Design and produce visual web assets.
• Advocate for process improvements.
• Work closely with the Web UX team to ensure design alignment.
• Implement web animations to enhance user engagement.
• Document and share knowledge with peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in web design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of CMS-based environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with user-centered design principles.
• Animation experience with LottieFiles and JSON is a plus.
• Marketing acumen and understanding of digital marketing principles.
