Overview

As the Senior Sales Productivity Manager, you will be a key individual contributor driving strategic projects that enhance seller productivity and optimize the systems and processes supporting the go-to-market organization.

In Short

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM and AI-driven tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies.
• Analyze adoption data and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Design enablement experiences within systems.
• Serve as the systems expert for GTM stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales or sales productivity roles within a SaaS environment.
• Proven success in deploying programs that drive adoption of systems.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and data intelligence platforms.
• Experience using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau for analytics.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
