• Lead the way in data-driven decision-making as a Senior Analytics Engineer.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable and scalable analytics system.
• Transform raw data into usable datasets for DS/ML, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead architecture and implementation of data transformation systems within Snowflake.
• Collaborate with BI analysts and Data scientists for data accessibility.
• Foster data democratization on critical customer-facing platforms.
• Create frameworks to improve data quality and observability.
• Mentor teams and drive high standards through design reviews.
• Assess data privacy needs and define data masking strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in advanced data modeling using Data Vault, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Experience in building analytics systems with data transformation and workload management.
• Experience with business analytics layers for self-service for non-technical users.
• Strong production experience with analytics/data warehouse solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance principles.
• Familiarity with self-serve product analytics tools.
• Knowledge of code management and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AWS solutions.
