Overview

The Director of GTM Analytics will lead analytics strategy and insights across our go-to-market organization, transforming and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and support strategic decision-making.

• Design and optimize key process indicator models for revenue generation.
• Lead analysis across the full revenue funnel.
• Partner with executive leadership on revenue modeling and forecasting.

• Design predictive models for pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing/sales experience in B2B, preferably in enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of modern GTM models.
• Proficiency in sales analytics and revenue forecasting.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Executive-level communication skills.
