Overview

Smartsheet is seeking an experienced GRC leader with a strong engineering background to oversee the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, ensuring continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program and maintaining customer trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 10+ years in GRC roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Experience with NIST 800-53 and AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor and supply chain risks.
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
