Overview

As the Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive GRC strategies that enable our clients to adopt AI technologies with confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in GRC roles, with leadership experience
• Experience implementing GRC programs in tech-focused organizations
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies
• Knowledge of regulations like NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• Experience with GRC tools for risk assessment and monitoring
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking ability
• Team leadership experience
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC are a plus
