Overview

The Director of GRC, Privacy, & Trust at 1Password will lead and mature the governance, risk, compliance, and privacy functions, ensuring the highest standards of security and customer trust.

• Lead and expand a high-performing GRC and Privacy Engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GRC and privacy programs.

• Hands-on experience with security compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party risk and vendor assessments.
• Ability to balance customer expectations with business needs.
• Experience leading company-wide compliance initiatives.
