Director of Digital Technology - GRC (Governance, Risk, And Compliance) - Remote

Overview

The Director of Digital Technology GRC will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive GRC program for the organization's IT environment.

In Short

• Develop & execute a strategic roadmap for advanced Technology & Security architecture.
• Drive Technology, Security, and Data compliance programs.
• Architect and deploy technical controls across GRC emerging risk priorities.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Data Security teams to develop GRC programs.
• Lead the design and execution of ServiceNow’s Internal AI Governance program.
• Integrate GRC requirements into the DT risk management framework.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders on complex IT and Security issues.
• Govern and enforce ongoing adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with Government and Regulated Markets mandates.
• Deep understanding of certification and attestation programs.
• Ability to build scalable compliance systems for complex environments.
• Strong leadership, strategy, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience at a SaaS, PaaS, or IAAS Cloud company.
• Master’s degree or related experience; certifications highly regarded.
• Willing to travel up to 20%+ is required.
