In Short

• Responsible for driving the planning and execution of digital programs across the customer lifecycle.
• Focus on delivering faster time to value in onboarding and driving lifecycle adoption.
• Own and execute the Smartsheet digital strategy.
• Analyze adoption and growth trends.
• Build and execute value-based programs to increase customer value.
• Partner with Scaled Program Managers to analyze trends.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor customer health.
• Develop scalable processes and frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer success programs.
• Implement feedback loop processes based on customer insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Customer Training.
• 3+ years defining Success criteria and KPIs.
• 3+ years of experience in agile project management.
• 2+ years working in a global environment.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
• 3+ years demonstrated analytical skills.
• 3+ years experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo.
• Gainsight Level I Admin certification required.
