Overview

The Strategic Accounts Director will manage and grow our largest and most complex global customer relationships, driving strategic value and ensuring executive alignment.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of large, global strategic accounts.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customer leadership.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for account success.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across internal teams.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews and success planning.
  • Apply data and analytical skills to monitor account health.
  • Represent the customer’s voice internally.
  • Drive renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure governance and alignment with global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of customer success experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving issues to resolution.
  • Expert time management and organizational skills.
  • Deep data analysis skills.
  • Experience with global enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture.
  • Experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems.
  • Project Management experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR or Talent Acquisition is essential.
  • Experience with Applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
