Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Skimmer is responsible for supporting Account Managers with billing customers and enabled prospects, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and launch support for customers adopting Skimmer Billing.

In Short

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers on Skimmer’s billing platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to demonstrate the benefits of Skimmer Billing.
  • Assist with the implementation and setup of Skimmer Billing.
  • Resolve complex billing issues and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Support Account Managers in the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage of the billing platform.
  • Provide insights to improve customer experience and retention rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and support teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate configuration of billing settings.
