Senior Product Manager - Data and Reporting - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our data and reporting capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a roadmap to ensure our customers' data, reporting, and insights needs are met; across all sizes of pool professionals. You will lead our efforts in building the tooling and systems needed to derive data-driven insights that enhance decision-making.

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and reporting features.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to build scalable data pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Establish success metrics and monitor product performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve customer retention.
• Effectively communicate updates to executives and internal teams.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into business requirements.
• Lead projects to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered analytics is a plus.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product management with a focus on data and analytics.
• Proven experience in building and launching data-driven products.
• Strong technical understanding of data architecture and APIs.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
