This role goes far beyond feature launches—it's about crafting our story, shaping market perception, and driving our go-to-market strategy with clarity and conviction.

In Short

• Own deep market research and competitive analysis focused on the pool service industry.
• Develop actionable market segmentation and customer journey insights.
• Lead positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams for GTM execution.
• Own end-to-end GTM for new product introductions.
• Evaluate market expansion opportunities with executive leadership.
• Identify untapped segments and whitespace opportunities.
• Have a dynamic role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
• Be the internal voice of the customer.
• Ensure consistent and compelling narrative across channels.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product marketing within SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading GTM strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product launches.
• Strong customer empathy and engagement history.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
