In Short

• You act as a subject matter expert for both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning.
• You provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows.
• You perform regular system maintenance and configuration.
• You deliver effective end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Workday HCM, minimum 2 years.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, minimum 1 year.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset balancing technical excellence with business needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive team player in fast-paced environments.
