As a full-time Manager, Repair and Maintenance at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every detail aligns with a seamless process. You will develop and execute strategies to optimize maintenance efficiency and reduce costs for SIXT Rent a Car's rental fleet.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive management experience in fleet maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%.
