Overview

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is on a mission to deliver the urgent transition to fusion energy. We’re designing and building commercially viable fusion power plants and need a Manager for our Remote Maintenance team to lead the development of critical maintenance systems.

• Lead a team of design and development engineers for remote maintenance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in complex structures.
• Experience with tokamak design and assembly.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
