Maintenance Manager - Remote

Overview

Daniels Health is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to the team, responsible for providing preventative and breakdown maintenance of all machine’s appendages and support equipment throughout the US, with remote work and occasional travel required.

In Short

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs of all equipment.
• Learn to operate all equipment in the plant.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections.
• Document completion of maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, fabrication, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Assemble and install equipment upgrades.
• Interface with engineers, vendors, and IT for fault repairs.
• Maintain Washsmart inventory at each location.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Sourcing parts and working with vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Millwright.
• Knowledge of boilers preferable.
• Extensive MaintainX experience.
• Red Seal License a strong asset.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting automated machinery.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Strong fitting and fabrication ability.
• Welding experience in GTAW, SMAW, GMAW.
• Knowledge of PLCs preferable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
