Overview

The Maintenance Manager position will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates, ensuring a safe working environment and developing innovative solutions to maintenance challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Physical ability to lift parts and tools.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
