Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at SIXT, you will create real wow moments for customers by transforming inquiries into solutions, working directly with customers via phone and email.

Requirements

• Ideally, some professional experience in customer service or a similar field.
• Enjoy customer contact and work independently and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
• A reliable team player.
