In Short

• Position as Legal Specialist and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Based in Poland, providing corporate legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws.
• Lead development of Data Privacy Policy and Program.
• Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Manage data subject rights requests.
• Advise on corporate governance and employment law.
• Collaborate with HR on compliance and employee policies.
• Requires law degree and 5 years of legal experience.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) preferred.
• 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and data protection law.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• CIPP/E certification is desirable.
