Overview

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) will ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and support product teams in maintaining compliance.

• Provide support on data retention and international data transfers.
• Conduct privacy training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and European data protection laws.
• Understanding of data privacy legislation in various countries.
• Familiarity with AI technology and its privacy implications.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Relevant certifications (CIPP/CIPM/CIPT) are appreciated.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance.
• Strong communication skills for complex topics.
• Fluency in English and German.
