Overview

The Key Account Manager helps Sirtex achieve its sales objectives in South India by managing key accounts and developing new ones while working with functional teams to implement necessary resources.

In Short

  • Responsible for annual sales planning and quarterly updates.
  • Develops territory sales targets and expense budgets.
  • Manages all sales expenses.
  • Works with National Sales Manager in managing KOL relationships.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet sales needs.
  • Maintains knowledge of disease states and business environment.
  • Builds trust and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
  • Establishes effective working relationships with support departments.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Science and/or Business degree.
  • 10 years of industry experience, preferably in Oncology.
  • 5 years of sales management experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
