The Embolic Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting, educating, and selling embolic products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics, while building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to increase product visibility.
  • Drive product adoption through persuasive communication and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.
  • Stay updated on competitive products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of direct embolic experience and 5-8 years of medical device sales experience.
  • Ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside in and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Travel 60-75% which may include weekends/holidays.
  • Current valid driver's license.
