We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager with extensive experience in selling AI-powered CX (Customer Experience) and Support SaaS Solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the enterprise market. Your expertise in AI technology and its application in enhancing customer experiences and support operations will enable you to build strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and position our Solutions as the preferred choice.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, and actively prospect for new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target organizations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client pain points and business needs related to customer experience and support operations.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our product.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and regular pipeline updates to management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling AI-powered CX & Support SaaS Solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technology and its applications in customer experience.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand complex client requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Travel required.
