Overview

The Director of Sales Enablement at Silvus Technologies is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the International Sales organization, managing Inside Sales Representatives, and driving sales processes to ensure high-level execution.

In Short

  • Lead and manage Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
  • Design and implement sales processes for productivity improvement.
  • Manage inbound lead triage and CRM workflows.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
  • Coordinate with partners for joint marketing activities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data for business reviews.
  • Maintain knowledge management systems using Confluence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and track action items.
  • Work closely with various teams for seamless customer engagement.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or operations in a technology field.
  • Proven track record in sales enablement and inside sales management.
  • Experience in military, defense, or public safety sales.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Successful clearance of a background check is required.
