• Manage and develop a growing team of technical writers within the Product Team.
• Drive documentation strategy and optimize content creation processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product documentation.
• Mentor and develop technical writing skills within the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Establish and track key performance metrics for documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback on writing quality and clarity.
• Identify training opportunities to upskill the team.
• Define scalable documentation processes.
• Establish prioritization frameworks for documentation requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing documentation projects.
• Experience with structured authoring and content management systems.
• Cybersecurity/Identity experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
