Overview

Sift Healthcare is hiring a Customer Success Data Analyst reporting to the Director of Customer Success. The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Sift's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, serving as a critical link between Sift’s Data Science, Engineering, and operational teams and clients, maximizing the impact of solutions and deepening mutual value.

In Short

  • Serve as the front line for both internal and client analysis requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals to guide value measurement.
  • Communicate value achievement consistently with executives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RCM topics.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and insight reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational improvement.
  • Align with internal stakeholders on client deliverables.
  • Support internal colleagues to identify RCM improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices in healthcare/RCM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Experience in hospital billing or health tech preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data using MS Excel, SQL, Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle concepts.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and summarize trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Functional understanding of agile methodologies.
