Overview

Show! is looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join our organization. The responsibilities of the VP of sales include overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.

In Short

  • Oversee daily sales activities and meet with major clients.
  • Write sales reports and design effective sales strategies.
  • Work with marketing to create promotional materials.
  • Identify improvements and develop sales plans.
  • Recruit and hire sales staff, developing training programs.
  • Manage sales teams and operations.
  • Outline and manage sales budgets.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an ad-tech company.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to work across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Master's degree may be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a selling role with sales technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of products and market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
