Overview

Shippo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their App team, focusing on creating and maintaining systems for e-commerce shipping solutions.

In Short

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate and mentor 2-3 engineers.
• Build and maintain robust, well-tested code.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with React and modern UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in server-side programming (Python, Go, Java, Ruby).
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and OOP.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skilled at debugging and optimizing full-stack applications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
