In Short

• We’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our Engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Build, scale, and maintain web applications that power the Virtuous platform.
• Work across the full stack, from UIs to backend services.
• Current tech stack includes Python/Django and React.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Focus on reliability, observability, and performance in production systems.
• Provide feedback on technology choices and support continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with basic DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
