  • Negotiate contract terms and partnership agreements.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline for accurate forecasting.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and merchant experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Executive sales experience with complex deals over $1M.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders through a 6–12-month sales cycle.
  • A network of contacts in the Mid-Market e-commerce space.
  • Track record of helping e-commerce merchants expand internationally is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing new business.
  • Ability to build trust and navigate the negotiation process.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales operation tools.
