In Short

• Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers within the EMEA region.
• Install, train, and support hospitality platform products.
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly.
• Train staff on software usage.
• Act as the technical point of contact during project life-cycle.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales activities.
• Willingness to travel 60% to 90% across Europe & UK.
• Assist in testing new releases and functions.
• Provide technical support after going live.

Requirements

• Hospitality Business background or similar role experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Professional attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner of IT solutions and system installation.
