As a Business Analyst I Reporting Team at Shiji Group, you will be responsible for developing part of a distributed system serving the hospitality industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

• Perform requirements analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API.
• SQL skills and database understanding.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in a SCRUM team.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
