Overview

As our Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in our growth through strategic partnerships, focusing on the Fleet Segment, which includes fleet management solutions under the Shiftmove brand.

In Short

  • Identify and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that align interests.
  • Integrate new partnerships into existing processes.
  • Support partners and strengthen long-term collaboration.
  • Regularly assess partnership performance and adjust strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in Partnerships Sales or Business Development in a B2B SaaS or Tech company.
  • Experience in Fleet Management or the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Creative in building new partnerships and strengthening relationships.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1).
