Overview

The Patient Support Advocate will provide patient care by removing barriers to medication access, working with insurance companies and patients to facilitate medication approvals and financial assistance.

Requirements

  • State registered or certified pharmacy technician.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • National certification as a CPhT preferred.
  • Ability to work with various pharmacy dispensing systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with record-keeping abilities.
  • Willingness to participate in educational opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
