As a Patient Advocate for NDA, Healthcare Support, you will assist patients in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, ensuring they receive the necessary financial assistance and medications.

  • Review patient enrollments for accuracy.
  • Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-performance environment.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare.
  • Ability to offer emotional support.
  • Pass standard background check and drug screen.
  • Complete medical clearance as required.
