Overview

The Benefits Analyst at Sharecare provides essential support in maintaining benefits and payroll data, acting as a subject matter expert, and administering employee benefit programs.

In Short

  • Provides transactional and administrative support for benefits and payroll data.
  • Acts as a liaison with benefit vendors and HR Business Partners.
  • Advises colleagues on various benefits-related issues.
  • Manages new hire enrollments and life event changes.
  • Conducts audits of enrollment reports for accuracy.
  • Responsible for the tuition reimbursement process.
  • Administers Leave of Absence processes.
  • Completes monthly billing and invoicing for benefit vendors.
  • Maintains benefits cash tracker and budget comparison.
  • Assists with annual Open Enrollment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of benefits experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive team member with a customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of current benefit practices and trends.
  • Experience with reference-based pricing medical plans is a plus.
