Overview

RTS International is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Mexico, focusing on prospecting and closing new accounts.

In Short

  • Develop new international business opportunities through strategic sales tactics.
  • Present and explain complex financial products to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain international customer relationships through phone and in-person visits.
  • Manage a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on new business.
  • Collaborate regularly with agent partners.
  • Follow up on sales leads and client referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business development experience.
  • Record of success in solutions-based sales.
  • Self-driven with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience selling within Mexico.
  • Native Spanish and English business proficiency required.
  • Ability to travel within Mexico up to 50%.
  • Ideally located in Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Tijuana.
