Overview

RTS Financial is seeking a Financial Purchase Specialist responsible for reviewing, auditing, and processing invoices and related documentation to support client portfolios.

In Short

• Part-time position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm CST.
• Fully remote position for candidates within 100 miles of Kansas City.
• Daily account review and audit procedures.
• Regularly update account information.
• Prepare audit reports to ensure correct processing.
• Maintain financial account details for accurate adjustments.
• Provide daily funding for assigned work queues.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage purchase issues and ensure resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
