Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality efforts across a modern agile organization.

• Lead quality assurance efforts across software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development and deployment experience.
• 5+ years of QA leadership experience with automated testing focus.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Self-starter with fast-paced work capability.
• Strong analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Results-oriented with customer focus.
• Hands-on experience with QA systems development.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and techniques.
