• Define KPIs for software quality and team effectiveness.
• Manage the defect management process for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and manage QA vendors to drive efficiency.
• Manage the QA engineering budget effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with AI-native applications and RAG frameworks.
• Proven track record in QA strategies and test automation in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience working with teams in North America and India.
• Familiarity with the private markets or financial services industry is a plus.
