Overview

We're seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead our QA function and scale our testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems, ensuring flawless experiences for our players.

• Define and own QA strategy covering functional, integration, regression, load, and exploratory testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 2+ years leading a QA team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience testing consumer-facing applications, preferably in gaming or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
