Overview

As Director of Quality Assurance for Nutrafol, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance Department, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and supporting the growth of the company's product offerings.

• Lead the Quality Assurance Department.
• Manage QA programs in accordance with FDA regulations.
• Continuously improve Quality Assurance SOPs.
• Work with Veeva QualityOne for various QA processes.
• Prepare the company for regulatory inspections.
• Review and approve product specifications.
• Define and monitor compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to QA team.
• Execute a robust quality strategy from development to commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of QA experience in dietary supplements or cosmetics.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
